Energy markets are at a critical inflection point. Geopolitical tensions, a slower-than-expected energy transition, and AI-driven power demand are testing every conventional model. The strategic choices made in the next 12–18 months will define returns for the next decade.

AlphaSense is convening a select group of senior energy executives and investors for a private, off-the-record breakfast briefing with HSBC analysts Kim Fustier, Senior Global Oil & Gas Analyst and Meike Becker, Head of European Utilities and Renewables Equity Research, who will provide a candid look on what these forces mean for capital allocation, M&A strategy, and corporate longevity.

Discussion areas include:

  • The Geopolitical Horizon: Calibrating investment timelines and risk models against shifting global dynamics and near-term market premiums.
  • The Reality of the Transition: Re-evaluating corporate strategy and asset management timelines as market pacing and expectations evolve.
  • The AI Power Surge: Assessing the structural impacts of new demand drivers on existing capacity and infrastructure strategy.
  • Corporate Action: The "build vs. buy" logic driving portfolio rebalancing and M&A today.

Attendance is by invitation only. Places are strictly limited.
