Gabriela Skouloudi is a Senior Managing Director and a Vice Chair in Accenture’s Reinvention Services group where she brings together the firm’s full suite of transformation capabilities - including business strategy, Data & AI, technology platforms and operations solutions - to drive large-scale change for clients in Capital Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking. Gabriela has over 18 years of experience in the industry in various senior roles ranging from Wall Street operator to new business builder and partner and advisor to c-suite executives and heads of CIB. Prior to joining Accenture, Gabriela was a Partner and the co-head of the Corporate & Investment Banking Practice of McKinsey & Company where she spent 10 years serving several of the leading global universal banks, investment banks, exchanges and infrastructure providers in topics ranging from front office strategy to digital transformation, risk management, operations, technology, regulatory remediation, capital and balance sheet optimization and overall operations. Gabriela started her career at Goldman Sachs where she spent 7 years and held the role of COO and Head of Strategy for their Equities business in the Americas. Gabriela holds a graduate degree from Columbia Law School and a JD from the University of Athens (Greece).

John Ratzan leads the Data & AI business for Accenture’s Financial Services industry with over twenty-five years of strategic consulting, technology innovation, business operations, and change management experience. John’s passion is working with clients on innovation agendas to create competitive advantages that produce business results. He is a thought leader focused on developing new capabilities, transforming processes, and optimizing operational strategy to improve business outcomes. John’s domain specialization is in banking and payments, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, data management, and technology platforms. He has held multiple client leadership roles in banking and payments. Most recently in his role as a global client executive, he has been leading the innovation and reinvention efforts at one of the industries largest and most complex banks where he is focused on product strategy, capability enablement, value creation, and technology advancement with AI, Data, Cloud, Agile, Digital. John holds a doctoral degree with a dissertation research focus on Responsible Artificial Intelligence from Pace University. He has published articles in AI industry journals and is an active speaker on AI, RAI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI. In earlier education, John earned a Bachelors and Masters in MIS (mgmt. information systems) followed by an MBA; each awarded from the University of Arizona. Challenging himself to live his best life at work and at home, John enjoys being an endurance athlete and spending time with his family.

Varun Bhargava leads a global Finance team supporting all of Google's Technical Infrastructure - the backbone that powers Google's products, supporting billions of users worldwide. Prior to Google, Varun held a variety of positions at Intel, notably within the Investor Relations team as well as within Mergers & Acquisitions as part of Intel Capital. Varun has lived and worked in multiple countries in APAC and Latin America over the course of his career.
